It has been a sad week for the NHL Alumni Association and the entire hockey community. Ted Lindsay passed away at the age of 93.
“Ted told me one time that he loved the corners. When I asked him why, he told me that when he went into a corner with another player, he knew right away if that player was a man or a chicken. In every aspect of Ted's life, he went into the corners for all of us, both on and off the ice. No one gave more to all of us than Ted.”
The Detroit Red Wings and the Lindsay family will hold a public visitation for Ted Lindsay to be held at Little Caesars Arena on Friday, March 8. Please see the following link for more details:
